　　Four years ago, Darren Chick lost his parrot—Nigel.Nigel is an African grey parrot who disappeared from his British owner's home in Torrance, California. To Darren Chick's surprise,he reunited(重聚)with his bird in the same town four years later. But this time,the parrot got a different accent(口音).

　　When he flew away, the grey parrot spoke with a British accent. But when he was found.he spoke Spanish. Nigel was found by Julia Sperling,a pet store owner.“

　　Darren had no idea where his bird had been in the last four years,but he said.“It's really strange,I knew it was him the minute I saw him.”Despite(盡管)his Spanish accent,the owner couldn't hide his happiness when he reunited with Nigel.“He's doing perfect."he said.
