　　Unit4 詞匯講解

　　1. arrive

　　1）arrive 意為“到達(dá)”。arrive at+小地點(diǎn)，arrive in +大地點(diǎn)。例如：

　　I will arrive in Beijing next week. 我下周到北京。

　　I arrived at the small village on a cold morning.

　　在一個(gè)寒冷的早晨我到達(dá)了那個(gè)小村莊。

　　2）arrive 后面跟地點(diǎn)副詞here, there, home時(shí)，不需要跟介詞。

　　例如：arrive home 到家   arrive here 到這兒

　　注意：

　　arrive late for與be late for是同義短語(yǔ)，都表示“做某事遲到”的意思。

　　arrive late for 強(qiáng)調(diào)動(dòng)作晚，be late for 側(cè)重狀態(tài)晚。

　　例如：Don’t arrive late for the next test.
